AI Decor - Transform Your Space

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using AI Decor ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

AI Decor is an interior design application that uses artificial intelligence to help users visualize and create design concepts for their spaces. The App provides both free and premium subscription features.

3. Subscription and Payment Terms

3.1 Premium Subscription

Service Name: AI Decor Premium
Subscription Options: Monthly or Annual plans
Payment: Charged through your Apple App Store account
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Price: Prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region
Free Trial: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

3.2 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
Refunds are subject to Apple's App Store refund policy
No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods

4. User Accounts and Authentication

4.1 Account Creation

You may create an account using:

Sign in with Apple

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

5. User Content and Generated Images

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any photos you upload to the App
By uploading content, you grant us a license to process and transform your images using our AI technology
You represent that you have the right to upload and use any content you submit

5.2 Generated Content

AI-generated designs and transformations created using your uploaded images are provided for your personal, non-commercial use
You may save and share generated images, but may not resell or commercially exploit them without our permission
We do not claim ownership of your generated content

6. Privacy and Data

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy
When using Sign in with Apple, you may choose to hide your email address
We do not sell your personal information to third parties

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Upload content that violates others' rights or contains inappropriate material
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
Use automated systems to access the App
Share your account credentials with others

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and AI technology, is owned by AI Decor and protected by intellectual property laws
"AI Decor" name and logo are trademarks
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our permission

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time

9.2 Design Results

AI-generated designs are suggestions and should not be considered professional design advice
We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on App-generated content
Results may vary depending on image quality and other factors

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the past 12 months

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time
We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms
You may delete your account at any time through the App settings

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms
